Responsibilities:

  • Handle high volumes of outbound/inbound phone calls, texts, and emails with professionalism and courtesy
  • Set and confirm appointments for sales opportunities
  • Follow up with customers and leads in a timely, organized manner
  • Maintain and update the CRM/database with accurate customer information
  • Meet and exceed performance goals in lead conversion and appointment setting
  • Work closely with sales and management teams to support dealership objectives
  • Take part in regular coaching sessions and training to continuously improve

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working with phones, texting platforms, and CRM systems
  • Goal-oriented, with a strong desire to meet and exceed performance targets
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Coachable, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools
